Terms of Service

Slashpack helps Slack workspaces find brand assets from connected Google Drive and Notion sources by using the /brand slash command. You must have authority to install apps in the Slack workspace and to authorize any connected Google Drive or Notion source.

• Keep Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and billing access current and authorized.
• Only connect sources that your workspace is allowed to index and search.
• Do not use Slashpack to process unlawful, sensitive health, financial, or other regulated data.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or provider access controls.

Slashpack uses AI providers to tag assets, parse search intent, and generate embeddings. AI-generated tags and descriptions can be wrong or incomplete. Your team remains responsible for reviewing asset suitability before publishing, distributing, or relying on a result.

• Slashpack is billed per Slack workspace, not per seat.
• A 14-day trial starts when a Slack workspace installs Slashpack.
• Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Slashpack does not store card numbers.
• Plans can be changed or cancelled from the Stripe customer portal linked in the dashboard.
• Billing, accounting, tax, anti-fraud, and regulatory records may be retained where required by law.

Slashpack depends on Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and optional X Ads conversion tracking when website marketing consent is accepted. Availability and behavior of those services may affect Slashpack. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect.

Slashpack handles personal data and workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy. APPSYSTUDIOS OÜ does not sell personal data. Connected provider access is used only to provide the features authorized by the workspace owner or admin.

Slashpack may suspend or terminate access if a workspace abuses the service, creates security risk, violates these terms, or fails to keep billing current. Workspace owners can cancel billing or request deletion from the dashboard or by emailing support@slashpack.app.
